Ingredients
Prosecco – 100 ml
Elderflower syrup – 15 ml
Soda water – 30 ml
Fresh mint leaves – a handful
Lime slices – 2-3 slices
Ice cubes – as desired
Instructions
Chill your glass: Start by adding ice cubes to a highball or wine glass to keep your drink refreshingly cold.
Add the Prosecco: Pour 100 ml of chilled Prosecco over the ice.
Pour in the Elderflower Syrup: Add 15 ml of elderflower syrup for a floral sweetness.
Top with Soda Water: Add 30 ml of soda water to give the drink a refreshing fizz.
Garnish: Add fresh mint leaves and lime slices for aroma and visual appeal.
Gently Stir: Use a bar spoon to mix the ingredients gently.
