Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened
  • 2 cups of mixed fresh fruits e.g., pineapple, mandarin oranges, cherries, grapes
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • ½ cup of chopped pecans or walnuts, optional
  • A dash of vanilla extract, optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Fruit: If using fresh fruit, wash, peel, and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and whipped cream. If desired, add a dash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Add Ingredients: Fold in the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, mixed fruit, and nuts if using.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve: Give the salad a gentle stir before serving it in a large bowl or individual cups. Enjoy!
